How does the assessment work?
Choose a package, answer short modules privately, and Oyela calculates module scores, domain flags, and an FSE-style report from your responses.
How do I get my report?
After completion and payment confirmation, your report unlocks in your dashboard and can also be sent to your email with a PDF attachment.
How long does it take?
Most packages are designed for a focused 7-10 minute experience, depending on the route and number of modules.
Is my data private?
Reports are based on your responses and are available to your account. Coach or organization access only applies where the workflow explicitly assigns or links the assessment.
Can I take an assessment with my partner?
Yes. Couple-aware packages can create separate partner sessions and compare item-level alignment once both partners complete their responses.
How do I become a coach on Oyela?
Create a practitioner account, submit your certification, professional bio, profile photo, specialization, location, and booking link for admin review.
What payment methods are accepted?
Manual transfer remains available as a fallback. The automated payment provider integration is being prepared for multi-currency checkout and webhook-based report unlocking.
